Do this workout at the end of your workout or on a day where all you’re in the mood for is a core-workout. It’s equipment-free so all you need is a mat and some space around you. The workout takes 12 minutes.


How to:

  • Lay your phone next to you and start a timer

  • Do each exercise for 50 sec with 10 sec rest in between

  • Complete 2 rounds (or 3 if you’re feeling badass)
